Gaye is responsible for all administrative support functions of the department. This includes, in part, management of personnel files; receiving, recording and reporting officer work, vacation, sick, and training hours; and management of a vast library of training aidsAdditionally, she serves as human resource manager for the Sheriff’s Office for all hiring, testing, background checks, interviewing, orientation, termination of employee, and confidential maintenance of records.
